Expectations for all Members and Clients
We value respect, professionalism, and integrity. To ensure the best experience, we ask that all members and clients follow this code:
1. Respect & Communication
• Treat staff, assistants, and other clients with courtesy and professionalism.
• Communicate changes promptly (e.g., timing, locations, party size).
2. Payments & Commitments
• Honour payment deadlines. Services will not be provided without cleared payment.
• Understand that deposits secure your booking and are non-refundable.
3. Health & Safety
• Notify us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your service.
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
4. Use of Members Area
• Keep your login details private and secure.
• Do not misuse the portal or booking system in ways that could disrupt service for others.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension of access or cancellation of bookings.
