1. General Terms (Apply to All Bookings)
• By booking with Samantha Ruby Artistry (SRA), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Services include bridal, event, hairstyling, makeup, spray tanning, and packages.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• A booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Wix, or bank transfer.

2. Deposits & Payments
• A 50% deposit of the total booking value is required to secure all bookings.
• This deposit acts as both a booking fee and cancellation fee and is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposits are always calculated as 50% of the full service total, not a fixed amount.
• Balances:
• Bridal/Wedding bookings: due 21 days before the wedding date.
• Studio/Event bookings: due 7 days before the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing that the balance will be paid in cash on the day of service.
• Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

3. Bridal & Wedding Bookings
• Minimum numbers may apply for on-site bridal bookings, confirmed at quoting.
• Final details (headcount, location, access, parking) are due 4 weeks before the event.
• Cancellations & Charges:
• Deposits are always non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 15 days of the wedding date are charged in full.
• Late arrivals: Services will be shortened to stay on schedule, full fee applies.
• Trials: charged separately and are not deducted from the wedding balance.
• Travel & surcharges: may apply for early starts (before 6:30am), tolls, parking, or long-distance travel.

• We aim to provide you with the best experience. Please be aware that your artist may arrive 10-15 minutes early or late due to traffic or circumstances. You will always be notified in such situations. Thank you for your understanding!

4. Studio & Event Clients
• Appointments are held at the Norwood Studio unless otherwise arranged.
• Please arrive:
• With a clean, makeup-free face.
• Hair washed the day before, fully dry (no blow-drying provided).
• Late arrivals: Over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or shortened service with full payment required.
• Guests: No extra people may attend studio appointments unless agreed in advance.
• Cancellations:
• Deposits are always non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

5. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
• All deposits (50% of the total service cost) are forfeited on cancellation or reschedule, regardless of timeframe.
• Bridal cancellations inside 15 days require full payment of all services booked.
• Event/studio cancellations inside 7 days require full payment unless already settled in advance.
• If a client has a card on file and fails to cancel or attend, Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to charge the full outstanding balance to that card.
• If Samantha Ruby Artistry must cancel due to illness/emergency, either a replacement artist will be provided or payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

6. Health & Safety
• Clients must disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions.
• We may refuse service if you present with a contagious illness or unsafe condition.
• Spray tanning may transfer to clothing/fabric — this is the client’s responsibility.

7. Photography & Social Media
• SRA may take behind-the-scenes photos for marketing purposes. Notify us in writing before your appointment if you do not consent.

8. Privacy
• Personal information is collected solely for booking management.
• SRA complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
• You may request to access or amend your data anytime by contacting samantha@samantharubyartistry.com.

9. Liability
• Results vary based on skin/hair type and conditions.
• SRA is not liable for allergic reactions where sensitivities were not disclosed.
• Liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding amounts paid (beyond the deposit), as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Wix Booking Policy (Short Summary)
• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures all bookings.
• Bridal balances due 21 days prior. Event/studio balances due 7 days prior unless cash-on-the-day has been agreed in advance.
• Cancellations/reschedules always forfeit the deposit.
• Bridal cancellations inside 15 days and event/studio cancellations inside 7 days are charged in full.
• If we hold your card on file and you fail to attend or cancel late, the outstanding balance will be charged automatically.

Audio Guestbook

1. Introduction

By booking our Audio Guest Book services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.

2.2 The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

3. Service Details

3.1 We will provide audio recording equipment and services for your event.

3.2 The recording process will be conducted by our team to capture messages from guests.

3.3 The final audio files will be delivered within 14 days after the event.

4. Responsibilities

4.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry will ensure proper setup and recording during the event.

4.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate event details and cooperation during recording.

5. Damages Clause

5.1 In the event of damages to the equipment, the client (you) agree to cover the costs.

5.2 Samantha Ruby Artistry will assess the repair or replacement costs and oncharge the costs to you.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry retains ownership of all audio recordings.

6.2 Clients may use the audio recordings for personal use only and may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Personal data collected during the event will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

7.2 Audio recordings will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality of the recordings.

8.2 Clients agree to indemnify Samantha Ruby Artistry against any claims arising from the event.

9. Changes and Amendments

9.1 Changes to the agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

9.2 Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to update these terms with notice to clients.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 14 days written notice.

10.2 In case of termination by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

11.1 The laws of South Australia shall govern this agreement.

11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.

This Digital Bridal PA™ (the “Product”) is licensed, not sold.

By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms outlined in this Licence Agreement.

1. Permitted Use

• The Product is for personal, non-commercial use by the original purchaser only.

• Licensee may use, edit, and customise the Product for the sole purpose of planning their own wedding or event.

• Limited printing for personal use is permitted.

2. Prohibited Use

The Licensee must not:

• Share, resell, sub-license, distribute, or make the Product publicly available (including free access, publishing, or uploading to file-sharing/cloud platforms).

• Claim the Product or its design, formulas, or branding as their own.

• Remove, alter, or obscure the Samantha Ruby Artistry™ branding, logos, or copyright notices.

• Use the Product in any way that competes with or substitutes Samantha Ruby Artistry™ products or services.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Product, including but not limited to formulas, automations, layouts, and designs, remain the exclusive property of Samantha Ruby Artistry™.

• The Licensee is granted a single, non-transferable licence to use the Product under these terms.

4. Termination

This Licence is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, all use of the Product must cease, and all copies must be deleted or destroyed.

5. No Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Samantha Ruby Artistry™ is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues arising from use.
