These Terms & Conditions apply to makeup, hair, and beauty services provided by Samantha Ruby Artistry ABN: 27 294 575 703.
Upon making a booking with Samantha Ruby Artistry you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Contact us immediately if your booking is affected by COVID-19 restrictions.
You will receive a confirmation email after making an online booking with instructions on how to secure your appointment.
The booking will not be held without payment of a deposit. Only once payment is received is the booking confirmed.
The Deposit is 50% of the full-service cost and is non-refundable & non-transferable.
If no deposit is received, the appointment may be terminated at any time without prior discussion.
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKING
Pricing does vary on a Sunday and Public Holiday's, please refer to the website price list.
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, email us ASAP to notify us of your cancellation. The remaining 50% of our service fee will be refunded via store credit.
- If you cancel, for any reason, up to 7 days prior to your appointment, your 50% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel, for any reason, within 7 days prior to your appointment, you are required to pay the full-service cost.
Once you have confirmed the appointment(s) via email and received the confirmation email, it is seen as a verbal/written agreement.
Make Up and Hair Styling Trials DO NOT secure the wedding date.
To secure your wedding date the Deposit of 50% of the full-service cost is payable and is non-refundable & non-transferable.
A minimum of a group of 4 people is required for travel.
If location exceeds 40km radius from the Norwood Studio, the price quote will be inclusive of travel there and back.
Also note that travel for weddings on a Sunday will incur a travel fee for there and back based on the information below in travel and parking
Payment is required immediately when making any booking via the Online Booking System, have your card ready!
If you are booking via email you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant information for deposit/booking fee.
Once a deposit has been made to the nominated account, an email with the proof of transaction is required to be sent to email@example.com.
EFT or cash is available as payment methods to pay remaining balance on day of services.
TRAVEL & PARKING
There must be a minimum of over 4 people to apply for travel.
There is a flat rate fee of $100 for travel within 20km from Norwood, SA
- After this 20km radius, for every 20km of travel, an additional $80 travel expense is added to cover travel, insurances and any additional costs for the day.
Please be advised that for distances greater than 40kms from Norwood, travel expenses will be inclusive of there and back.
Any off site parking will be charged, the client will be required to cover the charges while the services are being conducted.
Samantha Ruby Artistry requires any information relevant to allergies, medical and/or sensitivity issues.
If you fail to do so, Samantha Ruby Artistry is not liable for any irritations or reactions.
In no event shall Samantha Ruby Artistry have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
Samantha Ruby Artistry has a big following on Instagram and social media and it is important that we keep out followers updated with new looks and efforts done on clients. If any of the photographs and content that are taken by Samantha Ruby Artistry that you do not wish to be used for promotional/marketing purposed, please inform us otherwise we always love to show off your beautiful glowing faces!
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.
You must not resell and/or copy this document for sale and/or profit.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in store and online. We provide gift vouchers redeemable in store only; they may not be used as a deposit. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Personal use only
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples, products or documentation thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.
Our right to cancel your order
If we reasonably believe, in our sole discretion, that the completion of your order may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions we may, with or without notice, cancel or reduce the quantity of your order.
Our policies form part of these terms and conditions
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site.
Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Samantha Ruby Artistry website by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the online order process.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgment providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Samantha Ruby Artistry online.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.
