The Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Samantha Ruby Artistry ABN: 27 294 575 703.
Upon making a booking via email/online booking with Samantha Ruby Artistry you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You will receive a confirmation email after making an online booking.
Payment is required immediately when making any booking via the Online Booking System.
A booking will not be held without payment of a 50% Deposit. Only once payment is received is the booking confirmed.
The Deposit is 50% of the full-service cost and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If no deposit is received, the appointment may be terminated at any time without prior discussion.
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKING
Pricing varies on a Sunday and Public Holiday's, refer to the price list for more details.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Samantha Ruby Artistry Initiated
Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel an appointment. If this occurs all fees will be refunded to the client.
If you need to cancel your appointment, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you cancel, up to 7 days prior to your appointment, your 50% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50%, of our service fee will be refunded as a credit to use towards future services.
- If you cancel, within 7 days of your appointment, you are required to pay the full-service cost.
Rescheduling Price Increases
If a client moves an appointment or booking to a different calendar year, Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to charge the price difference to the client.
WEDDING OR EVENT BOOKINGS
To secure your date the 50% Deposit of the full-service cost is payable and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note: Trials or Quotes DO NOT secure a date or time.
TRAVEL AND PARKING
A minimum of a group of 4 people is required for travel.
The travel fee covers fuel, accident and business insurance, denial of other bookings, and time for distance travelled.
Any offsite parking will be charged, the client will be required to cover the charges while the services are being conducted.
Advise Samantha Ruby Artistry with any information relevant to allergies, medical, and/or sensitivity issues.
If you fail to do so, Samantha Ruby Artistry is not liable for any irritations or reactions.
In no event shall Samantha Ruby Artistry have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example, eczema, sensitive skin, and eyes.
If you consent for Samantha Ruby Artistry to take photos before or after services and any photographs/content taken by Samantha Ruby Artistry may be used on Social Media or on www.samantharubyartistry.com. No payment will be made for the provision of photographs being taken.
Client reserve the right to decline for their photograph to be taken and used.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND E-BOOK
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase online. We provide gift vouchers redeemable for in person services only; they may not be used as a deposit. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
