Terms + Conditions

Welcome to Samantha Ruby Artistry. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Remaining balances are due 21 days before wedding services or 7 days before event/trial services.
2. Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations within 21 days of a wedding or 7 days of an event/trial will forfeit payments made.
• Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to adjust schedules or reassign staff if necessary.
3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.
• No shows are charged in full.
4. Responsibility & Conduct
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., allergies, sensitivities).
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate circumstances.
