1. Permitted Use
• The Product is for personal, non-commercial use by the original purchaser only.
• Licensee may use, edit, and customise the Product for the sole purpose of planning their own wedding or event.
• Limited printing for personal use is permitted.

The Licensee must not:
• Share, resell, sub-license, distribute, or make the Product publicly available (including free access, publishing, or uploading to file-sharing/cloud platforms).
• Claim the Product or its design, formulas, or branding as their own.
• Remove, alter, or obscure the Samantha Ruby Artistry™ branding, logos, or copyright notices.
• Use the Product in any way that competes with or substitutes Samantha Ruby Artistry™ products or services.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
• All rights, title, and interest in the Product, including but not limited to formulas, automations, layouts, and designs, remain the exclusive property of Samantha Ruby Artistry™.
• The Licensee is granted a single, non-transferable licence to use the Product under these terms.

4. Termination
This Licence is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, all use of the Product must cease, and all copies must be deleted or destroyed.

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Samantha Ruby Artistry™ is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues arising from use.
